Prior to beginning the online registration process, please click on the registration packet link below, print and fill out the forms, as they will be needed for your appointment. Summer appointments (July & August) will take place in the BOE Office. Appointments during the school year take place in the school office that your child will be attending. If you are registering multiple students, the forms will need to be filled out for each student.

After printing and completing the required above forms, to register your student(s), please proceed to our online registration system.

Transportation Forms:

Transportation Waiver Form (If your student resides MORE THAN 2.0 miles from the school they will attend and you do not wish to utilize district transportation)

Transportation Subscription Form (If your student resides 2.0 miles OR LESS from the school they will attend and you wish to apply for the subscription busing program)
